Privacy Statement

As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) PTS operates in accordance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our students, contractors and staff and manage all personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Our primary purpose is to provide training and consulting services to meet your needs. We collect your personal particulars that are necessary to confirm your identity and manage your training records. We securely store and protect these details against misuse, loss or unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

We only use or disclose information about your training personal training records where you would reasonable expect, or if you have provided us with consent.

In accordance with the Data Provision Act 2012 PTS is required to submit data relating to student completions to Commonwealth and State government agencies. This information is provided for statistical analysis (where all identifying data is removed) and to ensure individual student records for any accredited training that has been completed are available on the Student Identifier data base. Student records held on the Student Identifier data base are accessed and updated via the Unique Student Identifier (USI) and data collected and held is protected under the Student Identifier Act 2014.
