To enrol in a PTS course, you must have a Corporate Pass – this is a unique reference number which is used for billing purposes.
Corporate passes are issued to the Financially Responsible person of a company/Business Function.

If your company/business function is a new customer to PTS, please complete the form below to apply for a Corporate Pass. Before applying for a new Corporate Pass, check with your Financially Responsible person as you may already have one.

NOTE - You will need to enter your ABN to request a corporate pass. If you do not have an ABN – in addition to completing this form, please provide copies of 1 x utility bill and 1 x photo ID to PTS via email
